Artist Statement | Examining the configurations of modules within architecture and industrial landscapes, my work studies the repetition and process of these structures through a form of reconstruction with fiber materials. These collections of pieces extend from site specific research and documentation of public spaces. Through the process of documenting and deconstructing architectural elements, softened versions of the original environments emerge with embellishments and surface design made to mimic and accentuate certain features.
