Reid Elrod is a bespoke shoemaker currently located in San Diego. He has been handmaking shoes since 2012 and has trained with shoemakers from London’s West End, France, and Germany. From 2019-2022 he worked as head bottom maker in Berlin, at the workshop of Korbinian Ludwig Heß. His inspiration for shoemaking comes from the high degree of execution required by bespoke shoemakers of the past.
