Tools exist in almost every facet of our everyday lives. Whether in the kitchen, the studio, or the garden, each tool is intrinsic to doing the work, finishing the job, and creating something that we are proud of. This exhibition includes expertly handmade tools from nineteen artists that work across a range of materials and that have arrived at tool making from a varied set of backgrounds and training. Each tool is as functional as it is handsome and is as enjoyable to use as it is to look at.
