Artist Statement | Liz’s passion is designing comfortable jewelry that demonstrates a contemporary flare and knowledge of the craft. Working with sterling silver, she searches for shapes and forms that are clean and fluid that emerge through forging, fabrication and casting. Exploring minimalism enables her jewelry to be an accessory or a statement, an everyday piece, or a one-of-a-kind item.

Liz crafts each piece in her studio with the skills she has accrued from attending craft schools and workshops, and studying with artists and masters of their craft. Liz has participated in eleven metals classes at Penland School since 2014.
