Artist Bio | Maker Andy Dohner operates a studio practice in Bakersville, NC, with a focus on functional and sculptural objects. His exposure to steel manufacturing created a high level of craftsmanship and an attention to detail that is apparent in his work today. Andy caters to modern and traditional aesthetics in steel and bronze with a heavy emphasis in the forging process. You can find his work in and outside the home and public space. Andy has participated in exhibits and teaching opportunities across the country.
