Join us to view the exhibition Parched: Inverted Landscapes, featuring the work of Susan Goethel Campbell, in the John and Robyn Horn Gallery and WEAR: Contemporary Jewelry in the Focus Gallery. Gallery talk at 11am.

Director's Luncheon*
The luncheon will take place in the wood studio and will be followed by an art talk with featured artist Vivian Beer and Abraham Thomas, Bresler Curator in Charge at the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution.

Penland Gallery Reception

Make a purchase of $100 or more at the Penland Gallery between Friday and Saturday of the auction weekend and you will be entered into a drawing for a $500 Penland Gallery gift certificate.

 

 

 

Absentee and phone bids are accepted for all auctions until noon of Friday, August 11, for a fee of $25.

 

Activities take place on the Penland campus in Mitchell County, North Carolina. All meals are included in the ticket price.

 

While you are at Penland over the weekend, we encourage you to visit artists' studios in the area.
