Penland Kids Camp
Each summer, Penland offers between 10 and 14 full- and half-day art-based camps for kids ages 3 to 18, in a variety of engaging subjects, led by local teaching artists. A variety of community organizations support scholarships that enable over one third of our campers to receive full scholarships to attend each year. Since 2006, Penland has partnered with our local Centro Latino, Communities in the Schools, and classroom teachers to identify and serve scholarship students in need with transportation, meals, and language assistance.
