The presence of the hat class last session kicked off this little hat mania, including a challenge to every studio to make a hat in their medium for the auction at the end of the session. So, at the auction we had clay hats, wooden hats, paper hats, and all these great hats, and then about 8:20 (you could say fashionably late) in strolls iron studio assistant Steven Cuzilla in his finest pink (head to toe, baby) wearing this too fabulous pink steel chapeau complete with gold feather. The hat was made by Steven and the iron instructor, Zack Noble. It was the talk of the town. (Check back next week for more cool headgear). (Photo: Robin Dreyer)
